STEP 1

Talk with Us

Talk with a dedicated Account Strategist to share who you need to hire, when you'd like to hold an event, and share more about your brand and benefits.  For some cities, we can schedule your event within a week or two. For others, there could be a wait list -- many companies pre-plan events to hold preferred dates throughout the year. After we chat, you'll sign off on your event invitation -- this is our marketing tool to drive candidates to the event!

 

STEP 2

Event Promotions

This is the fun part. myCNAjobs starts to promote your event. Our team crafts an entire campaign to promote your event via email, text, phone calls, and capturing passive candidates in your local community that may be coming to us for things like scholarships, schools, and training. Let myCNAjobs do 100% of the event promotions - our goal is to make life easy on you while getting candidates excited to attend that you're not reaching today.

STEP 3

Host Event 

This is where you get to work. During the event, which is typically 4 to 6 hours, candidates will arrive ready to complete paperwork and meet your team. Best practice is to have candidates complete all hiring paperwork required for processing and to interview each individual (even if a short interview). Start to process hires same-day and let candidates know the next step in the process to maximize attendee to hire results.
