Choose Companions, CNAs, HHAs, & STNAs. You tell us when and where you want to hold an event (typically, open interviews are 4-8 hours and held on-site at your office).

We promote it

Our team will craft an entire campaign including email blast, phone calls, and social promotions to promote your special event.

You host the interview event

Most companies host open interviews for 4 to 8 hours, inviting caregivers to arrive at their convenience. We recommend that you have 2-4 people on staff to greet caregivers, mingle, and hold more in-depth interviews with the caregivers you feel are the best fit.

You hire or refer caregivers (Very Efficiently)

Every caregiver that walks through your door is yours to hire or refer to your clients. There are no placement fees. You simply onboard using your standard screening and recruitment process.
