What's the Hiring Heat Wave?

Pennsylvania HomeCare Association and myCNAjobs have partnered to drive thousands of hires and build awareness of the caregiving profession. We've created an opportunity to bring together the community, local agencies, and the media to drive awareness of home care jobs and help local agencies make more great hires

 

Why

  • Pennsylvania is facing a severe labor shortage
  • 60%+ of agencies reported turning away cases due to lack of caregivers
  • 73% of agency owners are extremely concerned about recruitment
  • As an industry, we need to bring more awareness to working in home care 

 

Promotion Fee  

$800

PHA is subsidizing the cost for first 40 agencies ($200 off the $1,000)

myCNAjobs is subsidizing the cost thereafter ($1,000)

  • Host single day hiring event, welcoming individuals looking to learn more about home care jobs & caregivers / CNAs / HHAs looking for their next opportunity
  • Check-in candidates when they arrive using online portal
  • Interview, screen, and hire as many candidates as you'd like 
  • Become part of a solution to bring more awareness to home care jobs in Pennsylvania

 

What WE Do

  • Promote your special hiring event & company via myCNAjobs.com, local & state media outlets
  • Provide online tracking portal, including full candidate RSVP list and contact information
  • Provide promotion extension kit & best practices guide
  • Direct access to dedicated campaign representative & success webinars
