“What can my agency do to get more Caregivers in the door?”
“Yeah, getting caregivers through the door is far and away the hardest step of this process. But agencies that I see having success are doing two really important things. First is they have a follow up process that extends beyond leaving one voice message, sending one email. In almost every case they have second and third touch points with Caregivers built into their regular process. And the other thing is just very simply making time to recruit. Recruiting is an everyday activity, really something that you have to be picking at a little bit every day in order to hit your goals.”
