Every agency that is actively [recruiting CNAs](http://mycnajobs.com/hire) and Caregivers should be aware of the top channels Caregivers use to evaluate them: **Industry Friends** Caregivers will call on their friends within the industry for feedback. This can include other Caregivers and CNAs, schedulers/managers, and more. **Advice from those in social networks** Caregivers and CNAs also ask for advice from those they trust most. This can include friends and family, peers, or even those who have received home care services themselves. **Online review sites** There are various sites offering reviews of local businesses. Beware of this one - often times it’s the negative posters who comment the most!
