Really, to get the best results and to be hitting your hiring goals consistently, you have to keep multiple channels open in this type of market environment that we’re in. So yes, pursuing traditional resources like a job board; proactive recruiting tools like myCNAjobs, but also taking advantage of those relationships you have with local schools and community centers, utilizing social media. Every outlet that’s available for you to attract attention to your agency and opportunities.”
